Yes, school based apprenticeships are available in a variety of apprenticeships and traineeships. Students are generally hired a minimum of 1 day per week.
The Apprenticeship Factory is the legal employer responsible for ongoing employment. As long as a minimum two weeks notice is given, we will endeavour to arrange alternative placements for the apprentice or trainee.
Yes, an apprentice or trainee can be completed once the employer, the apprentice/trainee and training organisation agree that all the requirements of the training plan have been fulfilled.
How quickly an apprenticeship or traineeship can be completed will depend on a range of factors including the apprentice/trainee's competence and skills; the ability of the host employer to provide work experience in the range of competencies required and the ability of the training organisation to provide flexible training programs.
The expected duration of the apprenticeship or traineeship will be discussed prior to the sign up process and be reviewed regularly throughout the duration of the apprenticeship and traineeship.
