The Apprenticeship Factory has been supporting Graham Hill & Associates to sustain a workforce into the future. The Apprenticeship Factory Field Officer has helped Graham Hill & Associates find suitable employees for their business.

Our Trainee started and completed her Business Traineeship through the Apprenticeship Factory and Graham was impressed with the standard of her work and offered her a full time position. Another vacancy arose, so Graham decided to utilize the services of The Apprenticeship Factory to find someone to fill this position. A successful candidate was sourced and also started a Business Traineeship. It has been great to give these young people an opportunity to enter the workforce with ongoing support.

Moretto Building Pty Ltd

Frank and Christine Moretto have been utilising the services of The Apprenticeship Factory for nearly 30 years. Frank is a successful business man who has employed 30 apprentices with The Apprenticeship Factory.

Many builders only tackle domestic work, but Frank also gives his apprentices the opportunity to undertake commercial and industrial construction. Frank is an outstanding role model for his apprentices as not only does he give many young people in our community an opportunity to learn an important trade, but he also models how you can run a successful business through hard work and dedication.

Frank is a true believer in the service that The Apprenticeship Factory offers. As the company is a Not for Profit organisation, the Board consists of volunteer businessmen and Frank has been a valued contributor as a Director of the Board for over 5 years. Our region is lucky to have the likes of Frank Moretto in our community giving our young people opportunities to up skill for the future.

The Apprenticeship Factory makes it easy for their apprentices, offering ongoing support throughout our apprenticeship. The Apprenticeship Factory and Moretto Building are continually working together to build our future.

Shepparton Denture Clinic

When Brad Simpson’s business started to grow, he realised he needed to find someone to assist him with the day to day running of his business. Shepparton Denture Clinic specialises in full or partial dentures, repairs and relines to dentures and professional mouthguards.

Brad thought finding someone interested in such as specific trade could present as a challenge and in his already busy day didn’t have the extra time to undertake the time consuming task of advertising, interviewing and selecting a suitable candidate. Nor did his wife Courtney, who is a mum to 3 young children, have time to undertake the payroll and superannuation commitments that come with employing someone. So Brad turned to The Apprenticeship Factory who took all the hassles out of employing someone.

As a ‘one man show’ I was reluctant to take on a trainee as I didn’t want all the extra paperwork. Payroll, superannuation, organising trade school seemed like a headache, but The Apprenticeship Factory does it all for you.
