Shepparton Denture Clinic

Looking for an Apprentice or Trainee for your business?

When Brad Simpson’s business started to grow, he realised he needed to find someone to assist him with the day to day running of his business. Shepparton Denture Clinic specialises in full or partial dentures, repairs and relines to dentures and professional mouthguards. Brad thought finding someone interested in such as specific trade could present as a challenge and in his already busy day didn’t have the extra time to undertake the time consuming task of advertising, interviewing and selecting a suitable candidate. Nor did his wife Courtney, who is a mum to 3 young children, have time to undertake the payroll and superannuation commitments that come with employing someone. So Brad turned to The Apprenticeship Factory who took all the hassles out of employing someone.

"As a ‘one man show’ I was reluctant to take on a trainee as I didn’t want all the extra paperwork. Payroll, superannuation, organising trade school seemed like a headache, but The Apprenticeship Factory does it all for you. I would certainly recommend The Apprenticeship Factory to any small business. They have been great for Shepparton Denture Clinic." Brad Simpson
